Ratender Dhull founded Derivion after working in applied electronics engineering, conducting AI and robotics research at the University of Essex, and actively trading. He created Derivion to fill the gap in India for training that reflects real institutional trading practices, shaped by his engineering-driven, systems-based, and performance-focused approach. Tapojit Chakraborty has over a decade of leadership experience across global business and education ecosystems, serving in senior strategic and directorial roles. He has led go-to-market, revenue, and growth initiatives across multiple regions, advising large-scale platforms on expansion, investment strategy, and operational structure. He now joins Derivion International.
Dr. Tushar K. Nath
Prof. (Dr.) Tushar K. Nath is an academic leader with 40+ years in higher education governance. He served as Director and Regional Director at AICTE, Government of India, and as Founder Vice Chancellor of SAGE University, Indore. He also held senior roles at Adamas and Amity Universities, and advises Derivion on regulatory strategy, partnerships, and academics. Chief Academic Advisor of ISFT.

Neil is a respected trader, market strategist, and financial commentator with decades of global market experience.
