- About Us
Derivion International Private Limited is a financial education company registered in India, headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. We operate under the brand ISFT (International School of Financial Trading) and deliver professional trading and capital markets programmes, including India’s only OfQual-regulated trading qualification — the VTCT Level 5 Award in Financial Trading — in academic partnership with ZISHI (UK).
Derivion is not a university and does not independently award academic degrees. Qualifications and certifications offered through ISFT programmes are awarded by the relevant awarding bodies as communicated to students at the time of enrolment.

- Derivion reserves the right to refuse enrolment or terminate access to any student found to have provided false or misleading information.
- Scope of Services

- Delivery of the OfQual-regulated VTCT Level 5 Award in Financial Trading, in partnership with our UK Academic Partner.
- Live training sessions, workshops, masterclasses, and webinars related to financial markets.
- Career support, mentorship, and trading performance evaluation as part of selected programme tracks.

- Financial Trading Disclaimer
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
- All ISFT programmes are designed to provide education and knowledge about financial markets and trading. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial services.
- Trading in financial instruments — including equities, derivatives, foreign exchange, and commodities — involves significant risk. Past performance demonstrated in training materials or by instructors is not indicative of future results.
- Derivion, its directors, employees, faculty, and partners accept no liability for any financial losses incurred by students as a result of applying knowledge gained from ISFT programmes.
- Any reference to proprietary trading opportunities, funded capital, or professional trading desk access through partner firms relates to performance-based commercial arrangements entirely separate from and independent of your educational enrolment with ISFT. Derivion makes no guarantees regarding such opportunities.
- Payments
- All programme fees will be communicated to you in writing before enrolment. By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable fee and all associated terms.
- Payments must be made through payment channels approved and communicated by Derivion. Payments made outside of approved channels will not be recognised.
- Any applicable taxes (including GST), bank transaction charges, or foreign currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the student.
- Fee structures, instalment arrangements, or any payment schedules agreed upon will be confirmed in writing and form part of your enrolment agreement.
- Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available on our website. Please review that policy carefully before making any payment.
By making a fee payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

- Unauthorised use of Derivion’s or ISFT’s intellectual property may result in immediate termination of enrolment and legal action.
- Student Code of Conduct
By enrolling with ISFT, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. You agree not to:

- Share, distribute, or resell course materials, login credentials, or access to ISFT’s learning platforms with any third party.
- Use ISFT’s name, brand, or materials for any commercial or promotional purpose without written consent.
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts classes, harms the learning environment, or is disrespectful to faculty, staff, or fellow students.

Derivion reserves the right to withdraw a student’s enrolment without refund if any breach of this Code of Conduct is established.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Derivion, its directors, employees, faculty, advisors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of our services, website, or programmes.
- Derivion does not guarantee any specific outcome from its programmes, including but not limited to trading profitability, career placement, admission to any institution, or qualification certification by an awarding body.

- This limitation shall apply whether the claim arises in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
